In Romsddal there are three
cruiseports, Molde, Åndalsnes and
Eresfjord. Eresfjord is the smallest one
and are only accessed by smaller
cruise ships and yachts.
Molde has the westernmost location
and closest to the North Sea It is
known as the town of Jazz and Roses
and is located under on hour away
from Atlanterhavsvegen - the amazing
stretch of road known from the latest
James Bond Movie (No Time to Die). It
is voted both the Norwegian Structure
of the Century and The World’s most
beautiful Road Trip.
Further in the Romsdalsfjord is
Åndalsnes. Speaking about movies,
this area is used both in the new
Mission Impossible (7) movie and as
the hiding place for Black Widow in
the Marvel movie with the same
name.
From Åndalsnes it is just a short drive
from Trollstigen, one of Norway’s most
famous sights. Here are several
amazing viewpoints and restaurants
along the route. You can also ride with
the Rauma Railway - named “the most
scenic rail journey in Europe” by
Lonely Planet.
